The Town Administrator serves at the pleasure of the Board of Selectmen. He is charged with supervising the daily operations of the organization. The Administrator provides a wide range of support to the Board, researching items of interest and preparing reports on matter of general importance to the organization in general, and the Board in particular. It is the Administrator’s responsibility to ensure these various policies on personnel, financial and purchasing practices, and a wide variety of matters are carried out. He also represents the Town at various functions and organizations.
