2026 REVALUATION INFORMATION & IMPACT NOTICE

In accordance with New Hampshire law, the Town of Warren has completed a town-wide revaluation of all real property for the April 1, 2026 tax year. The new assessments were established by KRT Appraisal based on fair market value and reflect changes in Warren’s property values since the last revaluation in 2021. Property owners will receive an impact notice showing their property’s previous and new assessments. You can contact the Town Administrator for a copy of your property record card.

Please remember:

  • This notice is not a tax bill.
  • Do not multiply the new assessment by the current tax rate. A new tax rate will be established this fall and is expected to decrease because property values have increased.
  • Exemptions and credits, including elderly and veteran benefits, are not shown on the notice but will be applied to the final assessment.

To schedule an informal hearing:
Call 1-855-228-4033 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 3 through Thursday, August 13.

All hearings will be conducted by telephone. A KRT Appraisal representative will call you within the one-hour appointment block you select. The person scheduling appointments cannot discuss property values or assessment data.
