Notice is hereby given that the Selectmen of the Town of Warren will hold a public hearing pursuant to RSA 33:8-a to receive public comment on proposed municipal bond or note issues.

The Public Hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Warren Town Hall.

The purposes of the proposed bond or note issues are as follows:

1. To finance the construction of a new Highway Department Garage, including the use of capital reserve funds and the issuance of bonds or notes in an amount exceeding $100,000.
2. To finance the purchase of land and construction of a new Public Safety Building, including the use of capital reserve funds and the issuance of bonds or notes in an amount exceeding $100,000.
